French/Arabic Speaking Project and Relations Manager (all genders)

AXF Energy is developing a new generation of large-scale advanced bioethanol production, combining biotechnology, renewable energy and highly efficient industrial processes.

Our major objective is the realization of a large-scale production facility in North Africa.

To help drive this, we are looking for an exceptional Project and Relations Manager (all genders), working from Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, very close to the beach.

Your role

From the office in Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, you will work closely with AXF Energy's management and our team in Düsseldorf, Germany, while developing and maintaining relationships with ministries, government agencies, investment authorities, regional bodies and other strategic stakeholders in North Africa.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking permitting, administrative and governmental processes and ensuring that projects continue to move forward.
• Acting as a key contact for selected strategic partners, authorities and stakeholders, particularly in Morocco and other North African countries.
• Ensuring that discussions, decisions, documents and next steps are driven forward systematically.
• Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, documentation and negotiations with external stakeholders.
• Representing AXF Energy professionally in meetings with senior external stakeholders.
• Working closely with AXF Energy's management and technical team in Düsseldorf to obtain the information and arguments required for discussions with governments and partners.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines structure, intelligence, diplomacy and persuasive communication.

You are likely to succeed in this role if you:

• Are fluent in English and fluent in French or Arabic, written and spoken.
• Are an excellent writer and can formulate convincing arguments with precision.
• Have strong project-management skills and naturally follow topics through until they are resolved.
• Can quickly understand complex technical, economic and regulatory subjects.
• Take ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
• Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve rapidly.
