Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer (JavaScript, jQuery)

We are expanding a cross-functional team and looking for a Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer to join an application development team. This opening is driven by our goal to accelerate development and deliver more features to our customer, working alongside talented engineers on a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug web applications
• Develop new features on top of the existing product
• Build new system components and integrate third-party products into the existing application framework to meet requirements
• Follow development best practices and participate in code reviews
• Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Perform development testing to ensure implemented work matches expected requirements and quality standards
• Carefully review requirements in product backlog refinement/grooming meetings
• Support and improve existing infrastructure
• Participate in pager duty rotations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in .NET/C#
• Proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on expertise in jQuery
• Significant experience with the ASP.NET MVC pattern
• Familiarity with Bootstrap
• Solid working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results
• Commitment to code quality, accurate estimation of work, and timely communication of status and impediments
• Stress tolerance and a strong customer focus
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as an active member of a large, globally distributed development team
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience working with ASP.NET WebForms and/or transforming WebForms to MVC
• Skills in Bootstrap CSS
• Knowledge of LINQ
• Background in Microsoft SQL Server
• Leadership qualities
