Your responsibilities

Advising and supporting management on financial and strategic decisions

Responsibility for reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis

Identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization

Further developing controlling, reporting, and financial processes

Participating in digitization, automation, and investment projects

Ensuring data quality, compliance, and internal controls

Collaborating on cross-location projects and taking on special assignments

Your Profil

Business or business administration training or degree with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting

Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling (at least 3 years)

Analytical, structured, and independent work style

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Good knowledge of English and MS Office; SAP experience is a plus

Interest in process optimization and project work
