THE TEAM

You will be part of the Asaya Spa team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with fellow Spa Therapists, Spa Receptionists, Spa Attendants, and the wider resort team. This role collaborates across departments to create meaningful wellness experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to personalized service, wellbeing, and the unique spirit of our destination.

YOUR ROLE

As Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences within Asaya, Rosewood's integrative wellness concept designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. You will provide professional spa treatments and personalized recommendations while creating an atmosphere of relaxation, balance, and genuine care.With a passion for wellbeing and intuitive hospitality, you will curate the extraordinary through meaningful guest interactions and tailor-made treatment experiences that reflect our Sense of Place philosophy and the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments and wellness services in accordance with Rosewood standards and treatment protocols
• Create personalized and memorable guest experiences through professional consultations and tailored treatment recommendations
• Maintain the highest level of guest care, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the treatment journey
• Provide expert knowledge of spa treatments, products, wellness programs, and retail offerings
• Promote spa services and retail products through genuine and personalized recommendations
• Ensure all treatment rooms and wellness areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each treatment
• Maintain accurate guest treatment records and preferences to support personalized service
• Collaborate closely with the Asaya Spa team to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures in accordance with company and industry standards
• Stay informed about wellness trends, treatment techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and development
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, tranquil, and luxury wellness environment for every guest

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You hold a recognized qualification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related wellness discipline
• You have previous experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally within a luxury hospitality or wellness environment
• You are passionate about wellbeing, guest care, and creating exceptional experiences
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You demonstrate a warm, professional, and guest-focused approach
• You have strong product knowledge and confidence in recommending treatments and retail products
• You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service
• You thrive in a team environment while also working independently
• You speak fluent English; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
• You are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
