IT Hardware & Systems Technician | Intern (IEFP Internship)

As an IT Hardware & Systems Technician Intern, you will support our daily office and hangar operations by keeping our IT equipment, networks, and workstations running smoothly!

What you will be doing:

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and network equipment.
• Support the setup of workstations, including user accounts, software configurations, and access permissions.
• Provide first-line technical support to internal users.
• Help organize IT inventory and collaborate on documenting technical procedures.
• Assist in monitoring system status and implementing EASA Part-IS procedures.
• Participate in corporate software installations and coordinate with international teams on global IT requests.

What you need to have:

• Qualification in IT Equipment Management - Level IV Qualification.
• Active registration as unemployed at the Employment Center (IEFP).
• No previous professional internship funded by IEFP at the same qualification level.
• Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and diagnostic and repair procedures;
• Knowledge of spoken and written English;
• Organized and attentive to detail;
• Good communication skills;
• Adaptability and ability to work in a team.

• Monthly Internship Allowance: €913.12 (Matching IEFP Level IV).
