  • Collaborate with engineering leaders, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align objectives and priorities.

• Scrum Master
  • Experience At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with flexibility for candidates demonstrating strong relevant potential.
• Engineering Background
  • Experience in engineering environments, ideally involving firmware, embedded software, or hardware development.
• SAFe Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of SAFe and experience supporting teams in scaled Agile environments.
• Leadership & Coaching
  • Ability to influence, coach, and empower teams beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Change Management
  • Proven experience driving change and implementing process improvements, supported by tangible examples.
• Communication & Stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitation, conflict resolution, and escalation management.
• Analytical Approach
