Position overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the execution and effectiveness of marketing operations across the region. Responsible for managing key operational processes, including marketing toolkits, content distribution, digital asset management, and sample coordination, this role helps ensure assets, content, and information are organized, accessible, and delivered efficiently. Acting as a connector between global resources and regional needs, the Marketing Operations Specialist supports cross-functional collaboration and contributes to the successful delivery of campaigns, activations, and wider marketing initiatives across EMEA.
What You'll Do
- Manage the regional rollout, localization, and distribution of global marketing toolkits, ensuring regional and local teams have the assets, information, and guidance needed for successful activation.
- Maintain and continuously improve the digital asset management (DAM) platform, ensuring assets are organized, tagged, accessible, and up to date for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate marketing sample operations, including forecasting, ordering, tracking, shipping, and storage of product samples to support campaigns, content creation, events, PR, influencer marketing, and other regional marketing activities.
- Coordinate PDP and content operations by collecting product information and assets from global teams, supporting scalable content workflows, and managing the distribution of PDP content to distributors and wholesale partners.
- Coordinate marketing project intake and execution, supporting incoming marketing requests, project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication across marketing, creative, commercial, and global teams.
- Partner with Marketing Managers in the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches, activations, and events, while supporting agency coordination and project management for assigned initiatives.
- Support the day-to-day management of marketing systems, platforms, and operational processes, including project management tools, workflow documentation, and reporting systems, helping drive consistency, adoption, and efficient ways of working across the team.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams, helping ensure assets, content, information, and resources are delivered efficiently to support marketing priorities and successful execution across EMEA.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Marketing Coordination, or a similar operational role within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and a high standard of execution.
- Experience supporting marketing workflows, content operations, campaign execution, and project management processes within a collaborative business environment.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving operational challenges, managing competing priorities, and following through on deliverables.
- Experience working with project management, collaboration, and productivity platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365, with exposure to digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across marketing, creative, commercial, and global teams.
- Comfortable bringing structure and organization to a fast-growing environment, while maintaining a practical and flexible approach that supports cross-functional collaboration and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage information, assets, and processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Experience supporting PDP content management, marketing sample programs, digital asset management, KPI reporting, or collaborating closely with creative teams is considered an asset.
