Your r****ole in o****ur m****ission

process within Nedschroef's Sales organization. From the moment a customer request is received until the final quotation is delivered, you ensure a fast, consistent, and high-quality process that aligns with our commercial objectives and pricing strategy.

This is a newly established role within an important transformation of our commercial organization. Today, quotation activities are spread across multiple international locations. Our ambition is to centralize these activities and move from a location-driven organization towards a process-driven organization. As Manager Commercial Quotations, you will play a key role in building this new way of working by standardizing processes, increasing collaboration across locations, and creating a scalable quotation organization.

You will work closely with Account Management, Product Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), Commercial Administration, and other commercial stakeholders to ensure customers receive accurate quotations with speed, consistency, and high quality.

In addition to managing the RFQ process, you will serve as back-up for the Manager Commercial Administration, while this role will also provide back-up for your responsibilities.

Key activities and responsibilities:

• Own and manage the complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, from customer request through quotation delivery.
• Coordinate the daily workload and capacity planning across the international quotation team.
• Ensure quotations are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with Nedschroef's pricing strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Product Management, NPI, and Commercial Administration to ensure an efficient end-to-end quotation process.
• Drive standardization of quotation processes across multiple international locations.
• Improve process maturity by reducing handovers, eliminating duplicate activities, and increasing automation.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity within the RFQ process to enable reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives to increase flexibility and reduce dependency on individual team members.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the team.

Your qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quotations, Internal Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Customer Service, or a comparable commercial environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial or operational teams, preferably within an international manufacturing organization.
• Experience with process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and international locations.
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is considered a plus
• Willingness to travel to your international team
