What tasks await you?

• Conduct market and portfolio analyses for complex material groups with high strategic relevance
• Develop and implement supplier strategies, including risk management measures
• Take responsibility for price and contract negotiations with suppliers
• Implement international sourcing strategies and realize sustainable cost-saving potentials
• Build and manage supplier relationships and stakeholder interfaces
• Coordinate procurement activities with internal functions and group companies
• Support and lead projects with strategic relevance
• Contribute to optimizing procurement processes, quality, risk, and cost performance What skills will be appreciated?

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a comparable field
• Fluent, negotiation-ready English
  • German is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent structuring and problem-solving capability
• Solid project management skills
• High level of self-motivation and drive
• Strong sense of accountability and extreme ownership
  • Preferred professional background
• Around 3 years of experience in business consulting, ideally with exposure to:
• structuring complex topics
• problem solving
• workstream management
• stakeholder management
• transformation or procurement-related initiatives
• Experience in procurement or strategic sourcing is a plus

• Strong capability to structure complex topics into actionable workstreams
