We are looking for a passionate Visual Merchandiser for our Brand store in Copenhagen, who has an experience in visual merchandising and in personal sales and find it easy to establish contacts with customers.
This is a full-time position based in our brand store, reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with the Area Visual Merchandiser.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drive the store’s visual expression and commercial performance by combining brand guidelines, visual merchandising direction, local insights and sales data to create an inspiring customer journey that reflects the brand and drives sales.
- Plan and execute campaign setups, including windows and in-store visual displays, in line with VM Guidelines.
- Lead and support the store team on visual execution by coaching the team, acting as the go-to person for all visual matters, and ensuring visual retail standards are consistently maintained in-store

To be successful in this role we see that you have:
- Proven visual merchandising experience, demonstrated ability to deliver high visual standards in a retail store, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand.
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings as well as weekends. Some of these shifts primarily focused on supporting sales on the floor during peak trading times, in addition to visual execution.
