Global People Systems and Analytics Specialist – SKF Automotive Business
We are looking for a new team member for our People Experience (PX) team who thrives in a role that brings together people, technology, and data. As our Global People Systems and Analytics Specialist, you will act as the key link between the PX organisation and IT, owning and developing our core people (HR) system and process landscape while taking a hands-on role in people analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives.
As we are shaping a new company, this is a unique opportunity to join us and influence how people processes, systems, and data will be designed and used globally. Working closely with colleagues across PX, IT, and external partners, you will be building scalable solutions that support both employees and business decision-making.
What you can expect in the role
- SuccessFactors Employee Central: Own and continuously improve core people processes in SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring global consistency while supporting regional requirements across the Americas, APAC, EMEA and India.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Design and implement automation solutions using Power Platform, including hands-on development and maintenance of Power Automate workflows.
- People Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain people KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and insights that support data-driven decision-making using SuccessFactors, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and other reporting tools.
- Governance & Data Standards: Maintain organisational structures, job and position frameworks, and workforce data standards to ensure consistent and reliable people data globally.
- Demand Management & Business Partnership: Act as the primary business counterpart to PX, IT, and external partners, establishing strong collaboration and feedback mechanisms while managing and prioritising system, process, and analytics requirements.
We expect you to have
- Experience working in a role that includes people systems, processes, and analytics, bridging the gap between People Experience, business needs, and technology in an international organisation.
- Experience partnering closely with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to develop and improve people systems, processes, and people analytics capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and knowledge of how technology can enable effective people processes and employee experiences.
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards, automations, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, and/or Snowflake.
- Strong business English communication skills, both written and verbal.
