Position OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Operations Associate (m/f/d) as a temporary project cover for 13 months, starting October 1st, 2026. In this role you will be part of our Sales Operations team and responsible for all administrative and organizational aspects of daily business operations.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities:
- Contact person for customers for all administrative and operational matters in Sales Operations
- Handling of order management (SAP & EDI order processing, order split, order reconciliation, order communication and order release)
- Creation of analyses and reports for internal and external provision
- Monitoring of order release and seasonal deliveries
- Active support in achieving our fiscal and quarterly targets
- Complaints and returns management
- Close cooperation and coordination with adjacent departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production)
- Regular exchange with the regional Sales Operations team and our EMEA headquarters
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge* Completed academic education with a business background
- Confident in handling MS Office (excellent Excel skills are required)
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position
- Enjoyment in dealing with B2B customers, characterized by a high degree of service orientation and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking, as well as structured task & time management
- Very good written and spoken English skills
