Job description
The Integration Manager is based in Madrid and is responsible for overseeing OVR (On
Venue Results) integration activities within the Integration Test Lab (ITL), as well as
supporting OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Services) integration at OBS headquarters.
The role serves as the single point of contact for external partners in ITL, including Deloitte, IOC, IPC, and OBS.
With a solid background in delivering Results Systems within the Olympic Games framework, the Integration Manager is responsible for mid- and short-term planning of ITL activities to ensure successful delivery of OVR solutions at all project stages.
In the later phase of the project (approximately Q3 2027), the Integration Manager will also support OBS integration activities, including coordination within a smaller testing facility at OBS HQ.
- Act as the primary representative of OMEGA in ITL during the Los Angeles 2028
integration test cycle
- Supervise ITL activities and regularly report on software readiness across key project milestones, including:
o Homologation Testing
o UVT (User Verification Testing)
o UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
o TEVs (Technical Evaluation Events)
o PRIS Validation
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them appropriately
- Maintain overall responsibility for all ITL activities related to venue results systems
- Analyze and implement requirements defined within the ORIS (Olympic Results
Information Services) framework
- Review and understand OBS requirements related to TV graphics integration
- Act as the central coordinator for receiving and distributing requirements from OBS, IOC, and OC
- Support initial data download and integration tests
- Manage OVR change requests and defects in accordance with internal processes
- Provide regular status reporting on ITL testing progress
- Develop sport-specific operational procedures for results services delivery
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, policies, and procedures before and during the Games
- Perform additional duties as required
Profile
- Solid knowledge of software development, testing, implementation, and support
processes
- Demonstrated experience in managing processes and leading teams
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, project-driven environment with strong focus on timelines and delivery
- Experience in project management, particularly in process and people management
Professional requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in results management, preferably within the Olympic Games environment
- Strong understanding of the Olympic Results Systems lifecycle and project phases
- Understanding of broadcast workflows and graphics rendering principles
- Basic knowledge of video signal transmission
