About the role
As an Administrator, you will help keep our logistics operation running smoothly by ensuring shipment information is accurate, documentation is processed on time, and key stakeholders stay informed. Working closely with warehouse teams, carriers, Customs, and internal partners, you will play an important role in supporting efficient and reliable supply chain activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple priorities, and contributing to a collaborative team environment where accuracy and attention to detail make a real impact.
How you will contribute
- Prepare, review, and process inbound and outbound shipment documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain shipping records, manifests, reports, and other administrative documentation to support daily logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment activity and proactively identify, report, and help resolve discrepancies or operational issues.
- Collaborate with carriers, Customs, warehouse teams, production teams, and other internal stakeholders to support efficient order flow.
- Respond to operational requests and changing priorities while ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to solutions that improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and QEHS requirements to ensure compliant and reliable operations.
What you will bring
- Experience in logistics administration, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a similar administrative environment.
- Confidence using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), administrative systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly for reporting and data management.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, quality-focused, and collaborative approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
