You will help digitalize and simplify daily processes, reducing manual work and improving accuracy through automation.

As a Student Assistant in our team, your primary focus will be to support digitalization and automation initiatives across our daily processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Automation & Reporting
- Analyze and understand existing reporting processes and data flows.
- Support the automation and optimization of reporting solutions using Excel and VBA.
- Combine data sources and streamline reporting workflows.
- Support the development of automated reporting and presentation solutions.
- Reduce manual handling and improve reporting consistency.
Process Digitalization
- Identify opportunities to replace manual and repetitive tasks with digital solutions.
- Develop tools that improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
- Support implementation of structured and standardized outputs.
Excel-Based Tools & Tracking
- Develop Excel-based solutions for tracking, monitoring and follow-up activities.
- Implement automated reminders and notifications.
- Create visual indicators for overdue or critical tasks.
SAP Data Handling & Automation
- Support extraction and structuring of data from SAP.
- Assist in automating document retrieval and handling processes.
- Develop solutions to track and report document availability and status.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Document developed tools and processes to ensure maintainability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement practical digital solutions.
We imagine that you:
- Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Have a structured and analytical way of working.
- Are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn.
Enjoy working with practical problems and creating efficient solutions.

Advantageous skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced functions).
- Experience or interest in VBA / automation scripting.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint automation.
- Basic understanding of data structures or databases.
- Interest in process optimization and digitalization.
Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required).

The Quality Department in Frederikshavn is called LWQR. We are a group of 19 people, both blue & white collar, all with different backgrounds and culture. The department is responsible for the quality for both the 175D engine, propeller plants and spare part sale for 4S-small bore. Our tasks include, but not limited to; incoming goods inspection, Non Destructive Testing, Root Cause Analyze, Supplier Management, internal & external audits, claims handling, 3D measurements, documentation and support for our assembly lines. You will enjoy a relaxed open work environment with humor once you join the team.
