Your missions?
-
Manage the full lifecycle of PLCs across several manufacturing plants: onboarding, provisioning and configuration.

Coordinate firmware updates, software releases and change management for PLC environments.
-
Implement and maintain access management, monitoring and cybersecurity controls for PLC and OT systems.

Handle vulnerability management, patching, backup & restore and disaster recovery procedures.

Contribute to the standardization of PLC platforms, templates and configurations across sites.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to PLC assets, configurations and lifecycle processes.

Collaborate with OT, IT, manufacturing and vendor teams to ensure reliable and secure PLC operations.
✍️ Your profile?
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline.

3–5 years of experience as PLC Engineer / Industrial Automation Engineer or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with PLC platforms and tools such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff and SDA/Energchart.

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g. Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, Modbus TCP).

Familiarity with containerized industrial platforms, Kubernetes, Linux and Windows Server environments.

Experience with monitoring and diagnostic platforms, identity & access management tools, vulnerability & patch management tools, and backup & disaster recovery technologies.

Ability to use scripting tools to automate tasks and improve PLC lifecycle processes.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:

Experience in GxP-regulated environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Previous exposure to OT/IT convergence projects and industrial cybersecurity.
