• AI Product Delivery
  • Drive AI-enabled capabilities from discovery and experimentation through MVP development, production deployment, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• AI Governance & Decision Making
  • Make informed product decisions regarding AI quality, limitations, human-in-the-loop design, privacy, governance, risk management, and operational sustainability.
• Agile Delivery Leadership
  • Lead delivery activities with Scrum and cross-functional teams, leveraging prototypes, experiments, and MVPs to accelerate learning and value realization.
• Value Optimization
  • Remove blockers, reduce dependencies, simplify scope, and balance trade-offs between business value, speed, quality, complexity, and risk.
• Team & Ecosystem Leadership
  • Shape multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, AI, machine learning, and business experts to deliver planned outcomes.
• Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, challenge assumptions, facilitate prioritization discussions, and align competing requirements and expectations. Requirements

  • Strong end-to-end product ownership experience for complex digital products with accountability for business outcomes, product success, and value delivery.
• Outcome-Driven Delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable value through prioritization, MVP thinking, rapid learning cycles, and dependency reduction.
• AI & Advanced Analytics Expertise
  • Deep practical knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI, and agentic AI, including their capabilities, limitations, and business applications.
• AI Product Development
  • Experience shaping and delivering AI-enabled products or capabilities with understanding of production deployment, adoption, and performance evaluation.
• Business Problem Solving
  • Ability to frame complex business problems, challenge assumptions, define options, and influence decision-making processes.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Proven success managing complex global stakeholder environments, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
