Tennis Coach – Adults Program

We are looking for a passionate Tennis Coach to join our Adults Team and deliver exceptional coaching experiences to players of all levels in an international, innovative, and excellence-driven environment.

At Rafa Nadal Academy, we believe that tennis is for everyone, regardless of age or playing level. We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to helping adult players improve their game while creating a positive, engaging, and memorable experience on and off the court.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our coaching team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality tennis coaching sessions for adult players of different ages, nationalities, and skill levels.
• Design and adapt training sessions according to players' individual goals, technical abilities, and physical condition.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help participants maximize their development and enjoyment of the game.
• Create a motivating, inclusive, and professional training environment that reflects the values of Rafa Nadal Academy.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of courts, equipment, and academy facilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience across all adult tennis programs, camps, and events.
• Support the organization and delivery of tennis clinics, tournaments, social events, and other academy activities.
• Build strong relationships with participants by delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout their stay.

Essential Requirements

• Official Tennis Coaching Certification (minimum Level 1 or equivalent international qualification).
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience with adult players in clubs, academies, resorts, or similar environments.
• Advanced conversational English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an international clientele.
• Passion for coaching, customer service, and creating exceptional player experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules according to program needs.
• Knowledge of sports first aid is considered an asset.
