Your tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Business Intelligence and analytics solutions using Microsoft Cloud and Databricks technologies.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, data models, semantic layers, and reporting solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that support data-driven business decisions.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and adherence to established governance and security standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and expansion of the international analytics platform.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with BI solutions, including data engineering (e.g., Databricks, Spark), data modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience designing stakeholder-oriented dashboards and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Good understanding of modern cloud-based data and analytics platforms, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
