Job Opportunity: Swim Coach at Win and Swim
Position: Swim Coach (Part-Time, 3-5 hour per week)
Location: Friendship Sportcentre, Amsterdam North
About Us: Win and Swim is a dynamic swim club that recently launched in February 2024. Our mission is to provide high-quality swimming lessons to beginners and advanced adults. We're passionate about helping our members improve their skills and enjoy the water safely.
Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Swim Coach to join our team. As a Swim Coach at Win and Swim, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our members' swimming abilities. Here are the details:
- Schedule: Every Monday, Thursday and Saturday evening for one to two hours.
- Compensation: €30 per hour (voluntary help).
Requirements:
- Proficient in the basics of swimming.
- Passionate about teaching and helping others.
- Looking for some extra cash for a few hour per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim coaching sessions for adults.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve swimming techniques.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for swimmers.
- Collaborate with our existing coach to enhance the overall experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
