As a Head of Community, you will define and lead TTK’s global community strategy for our upcoming online shooter. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of player engagement, live-service operations, content strategy and brand expression - designed to cultivate passionate, connected and thriving communities both in and around the game.

You will own the community vision from early access to live service, across multiple platforms, geographies and channels. Working closely with publishing, marketing, development and support teams - as well as platform partners - you’ll ensure our players are heard, inspired and meaningfully involved in the evolution of the game. This role requires strategic insight, strong executional instincts and a player-first mindset.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global community strategy from pre-launch through live service, setting the tone, voice and values across platforms including Steam, Discord and Reddit.
• Partner with the Head of Studio and Product Director to align community initiatives with brand, campaign and live-service beats.
• Lead proactive community engagement around content updates, events, patches and seasonal beats, ensuring consistent, transparent communication.
• Act as the internal voice of the player, feeding sentiment, trends and behavioural insights into development and publishing decisions.
• Lead creator and influencer programmes, building long-term relationships with streamers, modders and content creators.
• Monitor community sentiment and reputation across channels, and design escalation frameworks for critical moments.
• Define scalable processes and playbooks for moderation, community support and ambassador programmes.
• Build and lead a high-performing community culture that operates across time zones, platforms and player types.

Who you are

• Proven experience leading community strategy for a live-service game, ideally in the multiplayer or shooter genre.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of online culture and community dynamics.
• A track record building and managing communities across Discord, Reddit, forums and social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in sentiment tracking, reporting and feedback loops.
• Experience working across publishing, marketing, development and support functions.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Epic) and experience collaborating with their community teams.
• Ideally, experience launching a new IP and scaling a community from zero to millions, plus crisis or reputation management experience.
