We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead technical software projects. You will manage projects across varying setups, waterfall, agile, and hybrid.This position demands excellence in team building, planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and collaboration with outsourcing partners to deliver impactful software solutions.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Making a strategy for updating site together with Business units
- Detailed planning software updates and patching of wind farms.
- Collaborate with the production to ensure proper deployment of SCADA software.
- Ensure in cooperation with the solution architect and test architect
- Running team of internal and external software developers supporting the deployment
- Develop detailed plans for project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure the timely execution of projects, maintaining adherence to budgets and resource constraints.
- Lead robust risk management practices to mitigate technical and operational challenges.
- Oversee the end-to-end quality, ensuring results meet project business goals.
- Ensure thorough documentation of project outcomes, including all delivered products or technologies.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading software development projects.
- Proven expertise in managing software projects using agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong foundation in modern software architectures, including edge computing and cloud-based solutions.
- Be at the forefront of advancing software architecture and cybersecurity for the renewable energy industry. Apply your technical expertise and leadership to projects that truly matter, contributing to a sustainable future while growing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Project Management (Excellence in planning and risk management)
- Cyber Security knowledge (IEC62443, NIS2) is an advantage.
- Excellent people skills, communication, building teams and co-ordination.
- Experience from the wind energy business
- Knowledge of SCADA
