Your Task

• Manage the indicated IT Security products and services, taking into account the guidelines of the strategy, setting the goal of increasing sales of products, defining requirements and organizing iterations;
• Active monitoring and control of the marketing strategy in relation to the IT Security product group in the short and long term, including ongoing monitoring of the activities of competitors;
• Building, among others, product vision, Product Canvas, Story Map, Customer and User profiles; Product Backlog;
• Business and technical analysis of planned initiatives;
• Coordination of activities related to the implementation and development of Security products and services, e.g. in IT systems such as CRM or network infrastructure;
• Development and implementation of processes in the field of activation, provision, modification, deactivation of ICT security services;
• Detecting threats for the implementation of projects and finding ways to neutralize threats;
• Management of product and design documentation and its updating during the product life cycle;
• Development of internal tools to support company employees;
• go-to-market activities for IT Security Products, including marketing materials, formal and legal, training for sellers and presales, communication, etc.;
• Supervise product training processes for business partners;
• Cooperation with strategic partners from the DT Group, other NATCOS and external clients;
• Active support for the sale of Security solutions by assisting in the implementation of solutions dedicated to the requirements of business partners;
• Monitoring the profitability of individual products and services.
• Reporting on the status of services in business and technical terms in cooperation with other units of the organization.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the management of products and projects in the telecommunications or IT industry for Clients from the B2B segment;
• Higher education (in progress) in telecommunications, computer science, management or marketing;
• Knowledge of telecommunication standards and services market;
• Experience in the development and implementation of IT Security products for a business client;
• Ability to present recommendations resulting from analysis and marketing data;
• Good knowledge of English min. B2
• Creativity and independence in action;
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills;
• Entrepreneurship, dynamism in action, strategic thinking.
