What to Expect The Sales Operations team is looking for an Associate Analyst to support the growth of Megapack projects in EMEA. This role will be based in our Amsterdam headquarters and will manage project execution from contract signature to revenue recognition. You will partner and collaborate with teams across multiple lines of business, including but not limited to Sales Leads, Account Managers, Sales Engineering, Finance teams etc. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded and technically savvy to resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do* Main point of contact for Sales and customers throughout the project execution cycle to address any operational inquiries
- Execute operational milestones, systems verification, and coordinate cash collection with Finance Operations
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as Demand Planning, Logistics, Sales Engineering, Project Management, to assess delivery feasibility and to define the Megapack build and delivery timelines
- Maintain documentation and data accuracy on systems and dashboards to ensure operational compliance for Audit and Accounting teams Troubleshoot ad-hoc system issues, identify recurring system pain points and propose solutions for IT development
What You'll Bring* Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field of study
- 2+ years of experience in operations, or a closely relevant professional experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in driving resolution between stakeholders in cross-functional global teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with changing priorities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle data across multiple systems, and recommend improvements through patterns and metrics
