The Opportunity:
To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for a Procurement Team Leader. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Monitor accurate processing of Procurement transactions. Oversee organization and work allocation for individuals involved in processing.
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains, eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement Delivery Lead on goals/execution/digitalization. Set and monitor team goals delivery, while providing regular feedback to team members.
- Provide regular coaching and training to the team. Supports the transition of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes into the CSS organization. Manage day to day activities with portfolio of international suppliers, fulfilling needs of internal and external stakeholders, including PO creation, tracking goods receipt, issue resolution etc.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in the following areas: Supply Chain - - Management/Procurement.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of French (B2/C1)
- Leadership exposure (direct team leadership) is a must.
- Good Excel knowledge would be a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
