Lebull is expanding its Customer Support team, and we're looking for motivated people at different stages of their careers.

Whether you're just starting out or already have extensive experience in customer support, we want to hear from you!

We're currently recruiting for three levels:

Junior Customer Support Specialist

Perfect for someone who wants to start a career in customer support and develop their skills in an international digital environment.

Mid-Level Customer Support Specialist

For professionals with customer service experience who can independently handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent support.

Senior Customer Support Specialist

For experienced specialists who can manage complex cases, support junior colleagues, and contribute to improving customer service processes.

What you'll do:

• Support customers through chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Answer questions about accounts, products, and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with other departments to provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow internal procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in customer support.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in customer support is required for Mid and Senior positions.
• Previous experience in iGaming or sports betting is an advantage.
