Commercial Engineer at ZeroNorth

This is a hands-on builder role inside the Commercial Excellence function, which is responsible for optimising sales processes and leading initiatives that support sustainable business growth.

In this role, you will help build ZeroNorth's AI-first commercial engine, where the ambition is to run the function as an internal product team with tools shipped to internal users across sales, marketing, and executive management.The Commercial Engineer will help scope, build, deploy and iterate on those internal products. The role bridges technical disciplines, AI tooling and commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Build internal commercial products Design, build and ship AI-powered tools to the GTM team, owning each from problem definition through deployment and adoption.
• Work in a product-style Plan against a roadmap, ship in ‘sprints’, and design around the end user.
• Data and tooling foundation Construct robust and reliable data pipelines that feed core leading and lagging performance metrics for dashboards.
• Content & Knowledge Management Support the build of internal content repository, ensuring teams have access to up-to-date playbooks, competitive intelligence, and case studies.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the RevOps, Customer Success, and Sales teams to identify and address bottlenecks and improve workflows.

Your profile:

• This is a part-time and hands-on builder role inside the Commercial Excellence function
• Enrolled in a technical or business degree (computer science, engineering, data science, business analytics or similar), or an equivalent self-taught builder.
• Comfortable working with data and databases.
• Fluent and curious with modern AI tools.
• Can build working tools and prefers a rough first version over endless planning.
• Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development.
• SaaS exposure is a plus
