Service Model Setup
Set up and establish the new service model for the SAP BDC platform
Service Management
Manage SAP BW service operations and support the reliability and service model for SAP Datasphere
Service Governance
Lead monthly service review governance and assess managed service performance
Performance Reviews
Review service metrics and operational results together with the Product Owner
Requirements
SAP BW Management
Experience in SAP BW service management and operational support
Service Operations
Experience setting up service and reliability operations models for SAP Datasphere
SAP BW Knowledge
Strong knowledge of SAP BW and related service management processes
SAP Datasphere
Experience with SAP Datasphere and its operational service requirements
