A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy by leading the development of our Onshore wind turbine Drive Train Module in 6-8MW & NG Platform. You’ll take full ownership of product development from concept to market launch, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet performance targets. Every day, you’ll work closely with a cross-functional, multicultural team—collaborating across design, manufacturing, procurement, and supplier quality to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll balance technical leadership with strategic project management, applying your commercial mindset to drive innovation and a high-performance culture.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead all product development activities for the drive train module, from design to supplier integration, cost optimization, prototype, industrialization and final launch.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close alignment with stakeholders.
- Deliver manufacturable designs and product that meet quality, cost, and functionality targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close technical challenges and deliver project needs.
- Manage project risks, opportunities, governance, and interface alignment while monitoring cost, quality, time, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
What You Bring
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager in similar R&D projects.
- International Project Management certification (PMP or IPMA) at C Level or above.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent English communication skills; Spanish is an advantage.
- An engineering degree; Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

You’ll be part of our Technology division, driving new product development for our cutting-edge Onshore 6–8 MW turbines. Specifically, you’ll work on the Drive Train module—leading a matrix team of 30–40 professionals spanning the entire value chain.
