Technical Support Process Engineer

Your role* Drive the development and continuous improvement of CRM and other tools used in Technical Support, with CRM as the primary focus.

• As a member of the CRM Panel, gather and structure requirements and turn them into practical improvements together with process owners and IT.
• Evaluate new features and updates, coordinate release testing, and develop automated tests to ensure system stability and high data quality.
• Create documentation and training materials to support users and ensure effective use of our systems.
• Develop Power BI reports, monitor relevant KPIs, and contribute your process and system expertise to cross-functional projects.

What makes you a great fit* Relevant educational background or comparable professional experience in IT, business administration, process management, or a related field.

• Experience with business applications and an interest in working at the intersection of processes, data, and IT.
• Experience creating BI reports, ideally with Power BI.
• Good understanding of data structures, data analysis, and KPIs.
• Independent and structured way of working, combined with strong communication skills.
• Excellent English and willingness to travel occasionally.
