Job Summary

Seeking a DevOps Expert with 10 years of experience in banking or payments domain to manage and automate application deployment monitoring and support using modern DevOps tools and practices

Job Description

• Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on banking or payments domain
• Ensure banking payment applications are built released monitored and run smoothly with minimal downtime and fast issue resolution
• Act as a bridge between development and operations teams to maintain system stability security and availability in production
• Expertise in Kubernetes CDCI pipelines Jenkins Ansible Kafka setup Bamboo Docker and UnixLinux scripting
• Handson experience writing DB2 or Oracle SQL statements
• Prior experience and mindset of working in a DevOps model Proficient in monitoring tools like Grafana Splunk AppDynamics
• Good understanding of Java microservices API calls JVM tuning and debugging
• Experience with GIT JIRA Confluence and Bitbucket Production support and application maintenance experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of banking payment domain preferred
• Experience working in Agile environments with good communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to provide oncall support based on project requirements
• Nice to have Basic knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehouse and SQL query optimization

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure for applications from scratch to production in DevOps roles
• Perform release deployments across multiple environments TestNFTProd
• Conduct application maintenance and monitoring for production and nonproduction environments
• Collaborate with multiple scrum teams to support applications and delivery pipelines
• Participate in oncall support and weekend activities as required
