Patent Attorney Assistant (m/f/d)

We are an internationally oriented patent law firm located west of Munich (Puchheim). Our clients include well-known internationally active companies, whom we advise on all matters relating to intellectual property law. We work as part of a highly effective team of motivated and friendly colleagues in a close-knit working environment.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable candidate from October 2026 (or earlier) as a

Patent Attorney Assistant / IP Paralegal (m/f/d)

or Legal Assistant / Paralegal (m/f/d)

for 30–40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for handling formalities, preparing correspondence with courts, patent and trademark offices, and our domestic and international clients. You will support our attorneys in meeting deadlines and independently handle all related organizational tasks, such as obtaining legalizations and apostilles and coordinating international filing programs.

Optionally, we also offer you the opportunity to provide temporary on-site support directly to our clients.

You are also welcome to assist with processing incoming correspondence and official communications, as well as recording and monitoring deadlines.

Your profile

• Enjoy working in a law firm environment
• Completed vocational training as a Patent Attorney Assistant / IP Paralegal (m/f/d) and/or Legal Assistant / Paralegal (m/f/d)
• Good written and spoken English
• Client-focused approach
• Independent and committed working style, a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
• Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with PatOrg would be an advantage
• Category B driving licence would be an advantage
