Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong experience in driving complex transformation initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining delivery focus across multiple workstreams. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, risk and dependency coordination, and a solid understanding of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transformation Delivery & Governance: Co-lead the planning, execution, and overall governance of the Finance transformation by managing project plans, resources, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.

• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive collaboration, communication, and alignment between business stakeholders, finance technology teams, and product groups through workshops, reviews, and decision forums. Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Experience Strong Project Management and Program Management skills.

• Good understanding of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA transformation.

• Ability to translate Finance business needs into technology and product solutions.

• Experience managing complex project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

• Senior-level project leadership experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional transformation and change projects.

• Ability to co-lead with senior business leaders and influence stakeholders without direct reporting responsibility.

• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.

• Strong ability to manage complex dependencies across business, technology, and product teams.

• Experience working in Finance, SAP, and large organizations is highly advantageous.
