Miejsce pracy: Inowrocław Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical design in complex and large-scale Waste-to-Energy (WtE) projects, including power and heat generation systems.

Lead the electric coordination and management of projects, ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders and internal teams.
-
Prepare and evaluate Terms of Reference (ToR) for strategic WtE projects and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
-
Ensure that electrical designs and engineering deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, budget requirements, and project schedules.
-
Support technical and commercial negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
-
Identify project risks and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
-
Oversee document control and configuration management to ensure the accuracy and consistency of electrical project documentation.
-
Coordinate contractors’ technical deliverables and ensure their integration into the overall project plan.
-
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
-
Lead Return on Experience (RoE) activities by capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement.

Deliver cost-effective engineering solutions that meet stakeholder expectations and support the company’s commitment to excellence and sustainability Our requirements:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field.

At least 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in the energy or Waste-to-Energy sector.

Strong knowledge of power engineering, Waste to Energy plants, and power and heat generation technologies.

Experience in coordinating complex engineering projects and working with EPC contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Strong analytical thinking, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-
Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.

Results-oriented approach, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Very good command of English, at least B2 level. What we offer
