Mission of the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional to lead our indirect procurement activities within the automotive sector at Visteon. This role demands strategic sourcing expertise, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization skills to support the company's operational and financial objectives. The successful candidate will drive procurement initiatives for non-production goods and services, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and alignment with business goals. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments and external partners to deliver value, mitigate risks, and enhance supply chain efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days**:**

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect procurement categories including IT, MRO, professional services, and facilities management.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, and operations to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation.
• Drive procurement process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, forecasts, and business cases to senior management.
• Mentor and develop junior procurement staff to build a high-performing team.
• Manage risk by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
