We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to build and deliver process automation and business applications across multiple departments using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows)
- Deep hands-on experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse)
- Building end-to-end automation and app solutions across multiple processes
- Working within an ALM setup (Dev/Test/Prod, solutions, deployment pipelines, source control)
- Integration with Microsoft 365, APIs, and external systems
- Experience with UI automation at scale
- Applying and contributing to shared standards, patterns, and reusable components
- Error handling, monitoring, and operational reliability
- Awareness of Power Platform security, licensing, and capacity considerations
- Ability to translate business requirements into working solutions
Nice to have
- Power Platform governance (DLP policies, CoE)
- Experience integrating with SAP
- Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault)
- Custom connectors, PCF components, or Dataverse plugins
- Copilot Studio
