Process and Budget Specialist

• Coordination of planning, controlling, and budget utilization
• Budget verification and cost control
• Data collection and reporting for internal stakeholders and headquarters
• Cooperation with other departments, with a focus on vendor management
• Supporting the organization in identifying and removing obstacles to enable end-to-end (E2E) processes
• Process mapping and optimization of key divisional processes what do you bring?

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Constructive problem-solving mindset with the ability to energize teams and drive action
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop clear recommendations, and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication skills, including experience working with top management and board-level stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Agile mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Ability to promote innovative thinking and continuous self-improvement within the team and the wider organization
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage Our team works directly with board managers and executives. Our role is to be eyes, ears and voice of the Technology and Innovation division. We monitor most of the projects and actively engage in some of them.
