Systems Analyst

The services to be provided related to the Information Systems Analyst Profile aim to perform functional and technical analysis of the client's information systems, promoting process improvement and defining requirements for new projects, in accordance with previously established rules.
Responsibilities
- Therefore, this profile is intended to provide the following services:
- Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements;
- Process modeling: BPMN and UML;
- Mapping and optimizing business processes (BPM / Lean);
- Integration of systems and REST/SOAP APIs;
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms; familiarity with Salesforce;
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem / Power Platform;
- Translation of requirements into clear technical specifications and functional documentation;
- Compliance with GDPR and Open Data regulations in a public service context;
- Develop functional specifications;
- Prepare documentation to support decision-making;
- Monitor tests and validations;
- Creating BPMN and UML diagrams.
Mandatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Management, or a minimum of 5 (five) years of professional experience in functional and systems analysis.
- 5 (five) years of professional experience in functional and systems analysis.
- Certifications (required - one of the following): ITIL Foundation; CBAP or equivalent certification.
