You bring at least 8 years of proven leadership experience in an omnichannel environment, having created profitable and sustainable growth across all customer touchpoints

You have strong knowledge of web, app, social commerce, and live shopping retailing, with deep understanding of how to optimize the customer omnichannel experience

You take business ownership of digital customer meeting points including web, app, social commerce, and third-party platforms within our omnichannel environment

Together with commercial calendar and core area teams, you execute end-to-end merchandising across digital platforms to support launches, campaigns, and the Growth Plan

You own the overall performance of digital channels by setting KPIs, objectives, and key results that drive growth, engagement, and online performance including conversion

Through detailed E-Commerce P&L analysis, you identify opportunities and deviations while leading the Online Functional Review process and coordinating across functions

You execute and deliver the country roadmap according to local needs, developing and improving existing and new Digital CMPs while maintaining close dialogue with the global organization

This position is advertised as full-time. We are open to discussing part-time arrangements with suitable candidates during the interview process.
The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2.879,- gross per month (full-time). Based on an all-in contract (14x per year), we offer a minimum gross salary of € 6.180,- per month for this position. It is important to us that you are paid fairly and in line with your competences. Therefore, your actual salary will be determined together with you in a personal interview.
