Your day at NTT DATA We are looking for an Analyst Relations Manager to build and manage strong relationships with industry analysts. The role focuses on strengthening NTT DATA’s market position, bringing in external perspectives, and supporting business priorities.

You ensure that analysts understand NTT DATA’s capabilities, strategy and value, while also feeding relevant insights back into the organization to support positioning and decision-making.

You will be responsible for analyst-related activities within defined topics or industries area, aligned with NTT DATA’s overall strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across regions and functions and report to the Analyst Relations Leader for Europe & LATAM.

You will represent NTT DATA as a leading global IT services provider in a role with high visibility and impact, suited for individuals who take ownership and seek to make a difference.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and focus on the most relevant and influential analysts, firms and research programs
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key analysts
• Plan and run analyst engagements, including briefings, inquiries and ongoing interactions
• Manage analyst evaluations and support consistent positioning of NTT DATA
• Support analyst engagement around key events
• Work with AR, marketing, communications, sales and leadership to align messaging and visibility
• Share analyst perspectives and insights with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to further AR activities and projects

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on what matters most
• Strong relationship management skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in intercultural, global and virtual teams
• Experience creating clear presentations and materials for senior audiences
• Ability to understand and summarize market developments and perspectives
• Knowledge and openness to using AI tools in day-to-day work to support research, preparation, communication and efficiency
• Structured and reliable way of working

Qualifications

• Multi-years of experience in technology, consulting, analyst relations, communications, product marketing, strategy or a related field
• Experience in enterprise technology or IT services environments
• Proven experience managing projects or cross-functional initiatives preferred
• Proven experience of engaging in international environments
• Background in marketing and communications is welcome, but not required
