Marine Sales Manager – Low Voltage, Nordics & UK

In this role, you will focus specifically on Innomotics’ low-voltage portfolio, supporting marine customers with reliable, efficient, and application-focused solutions. These include low-voltage motors and related services used across propulsion auxiliaries, pumps, fans, compressors, winches, ventilation systems, cargo handling, and other onboard and shore-based applications.
Working closely with customers and internal experts, you will help identify the right technical and commercial solutions for each application—from the initial opportunity and proposal through project execution and after-sales support. You will also contribute to the continued growth of Innomotics’ low-voltage marine business across the Nordic countries and the UK.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Marine Sales Manager to grow our low-voltage business across Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account and capture plans for strategic marine customers.
- Identify new business opportunities for low-voltage motors, drives, and lifecycle services.
- Build strong relationships with shipyards, shipowners, OEM’s, system integrators, engineering companies, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, customer investment plans, technical requirements, and competitive activity.
- Lead customer meetings, workshops, industry events, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, bids, contracts, and project opportunities with internal technical and management teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM data, and revenue reporting.
- Coordinate the commercial delivery of customer projects and ensure effective handover to project and service teams.
- Promote after-sales services, upgrades, maintenance agreements, spare parts, and lifecycle solutions.
- Share customer insights and best practices with sales, marketing, product, and management teams.
- Drive profitable growth of the Innomotics low-voltage marine portfolio across the region.
Profile
- Proven experience in marine, shipbuilding, offshore, industrial technology, electrical systems, or related B2B sales.
- Strong track record in strategic account management and complex solution selling.
- Good understanding of low-voltage motors, drives, automation, or related electrical equipment.
- Commercially skilled, customer-focused, and confident in negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong CRM, forecasting, and reporting discipline.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordics and UK.
- Nordic language skills and an established marine-industry network are an advantage.
