Assignment Description
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process-driven product development with an emphasis on efficient and high-quality process solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, ME, and Sales to design robust, manufacturable products (DFA/DFM) tailored to plant processes using virtual methods.
- Conduct risk analyses (FMEA) to assess product feasibility and ensure alignment with manufacturing requirements.
- Provide quality-related support to running production operations by identifying and resolving product- and process-related issues.
- Oversee product and process changes through structured change management processes to secure consistency and operational stability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production methods and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
4-8 years of experience working in engineering environments with exposure to manufacturing and product development.
Experience working with risk management tools such as FMEA.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional contexts.
