Your new role

As an experienced IT infrastructure engineer, you will take ownership of our core infrastructure environment, which includes a mix of on-premise and cloud-based systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems remain secure, scalable, and resilient as the company continues to grow.

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve our hybrid infrastructure (Windows and Linux servers, Virtualization, AD, file services, containerization).
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related cloud services.
• Ensure secure network operations (firewalls, VPN, VLANs, DNS filtering).
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems and processes.
• Support identity and access management with a strong security focus.
• Document infrastructure, configurations, and processes clearly and consistently.
• Perform routine system updates, patching, and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor systems and respond to performance or availability issues.
• Work closely with Security team on shared initiatives.
• Contribute to IT projects including hardware lifecycle, network upgrades, and automation.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure roles (ideally 5+ years).
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (AD, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune).
• Knowledge of networking (Layer 2/3, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Comfortable with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell preferred).
• A pragmatic, security-conscious mindset.
