MRTT - Technical Publication - Technical Data Manager

Job Description:

An opportunity for an Technical Publication - Technical Data Manage r has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Sevilla.

The selected candidate will join the Technical Publications & Technical Data Management Team within the MRTT & A400M. Acting as a Data PMO, the main mission is to translate high-level program milestones into production plans, schedule workload, and track data delivery phases to ensure quality and on-time execution .

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main tasks of the jobholder will be:

- Coordinate data collection activities and resources in order to issue the reference data deliverables on time and quality.

- Perform industry systems re-engineering to improve data collection processes.

- Control the exchange data and information with Customer and industry.

- Control of Post-delivery Update of Technical Data.

- Implement, maintain and perform data quality check.

- Configuration and Management of Aircraft Data.

- Collect and interchange Aircraft Data with other companies.

- Collection, integration and delivery of Aircraft Data for A/C handover.

- Post-delivery Update of Aircraft Data as required.

- Aircraft Data Support to industry processes

• Education: Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Industrial, or equivalent technical background).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within the sector.
• Soft skills : High analytical skills, high organizational and workload planning capacity, milestone-driven mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate.
• Languages: English B2
• Technical knowledge : Knowledge of core tools (SPRINT, SIDIE, EPD, SMART) and specific IDS platforms (Samanta, Qualico, Stylo).
