We are looking for an Accounting Control Investigations Officer

CONTEXT

In this role, you will join the Listed Derivatives Transactions Processing team, focusing on accounting reconciliations, investigations, and process improvement.

You will also support the automation and efficiency of daily processes through Power BI, AI tools, Excel, and macros.

MAIN MISSION

To ensure accurate accounting reconciliations, investigate anomalies, and improve operational processes through automation, reporting, and data analysis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform reconciliations between transaction systems and accounting systems.
• Investigate and resolve accounting and operational data anomalies.
• Analyze reconciliation breaks and unidentified entries.
• Communicate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved items and support risk mitigation actions.
• Analyze existing processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop and support Power BI dashboards and AI-based solutions.
• Improve reconciliations using advanced Excel and macros.
• Prepare reporting for management and impacted stakeholders

PROFILE & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Good knowledge of Financial Markets and Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and comfortable working across teams.
• Excellent level of English.
