Senior DevOps Engineer - Developer Experience and AI Enablement

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join a cross-functional team of DevOps Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Change Leads focused on one shared outcome: better Developer Experience (DX) through modern engineering platforms and practical AI adoption. You will help teams ship high-quality software faster by improving delivery workflows, reducing friction, and enabling safe, effective use of AI in day-to-day engineering work. As the DevOps Engineer in this team, you are the hands-on enabler of delivery excellence — translating architecture and change goals into reliable pipelines, platform capabilities, and automation patterns that developers and quality engineers use every day.

• Build and evolve internal engineering platforms (CI/CD, automation, templates, guardrails, self-service tooling) that improve speed, reliability, and developer satisfaction
• Drive end-to-end DevSecOps practices across build, test, release, and operations with strong quality and governance built in
• Introduce and operationalize AI-assisted engineering workflows (coding, testing, review, documentation, incident support) with measurable productivity impact
• Deliver and support production-grade AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows for engineering teams, with clear ownership of reliability, security, cost, and value
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, architecture, and change functions to align standards and accelerate adoption
• Mentor teams through practical guidance, reusable patterns, and clear playbooks that raise engineering maturity

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or a closely related role in cloud-native environments
• Proven production experience using AI in software delivery and engineering operations, including AI agents/agentic systems
• Strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud services, observability, security practices, and automation at scale
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select AI tooling based on quality, privacy, compliance, performance, and total cost
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Experience mentoring engineering teams on AI adoption or platform standards
• Background working across DevSecOps governance and compliance frameworks
