Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by optimising stock allocation and replenishment across our retail network to maximise product availability and sales performance. In this role, you'll analyse trading data and market trends to develop strategic allocation plans, whilst monitoring key inventory metrics to enhance sell-through rates and overall stock productivity across assigned stores and channels.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage and maintain commercial stock positions for assigned stores or channels, considering sales performance, customer demand, store capacity, seasonality, weeks of cover, lead times, and commercial priorities.
• Develop and execute allocation and replenishment plans for the assigned channels, based on customer demand, stock levels, seasonality, and commercial priorities.
• Monitor store and channel performance regularly identifying opportunities to improve stock availability, sales, sell-through, and inventory productivity.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support stock management, future planning, and commercial decision-making.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock performance through key metrics such as stock turn, sell-through, weeks of cover, and stock availability, recommending actions where needed.
• Partner closely with market teams to resolve stock-related issues and drive business performance.
• Prepare and present trading reports, supporting weekly trade meetings and ensuring follow-up on agreed actions and deadlines.

You have the following skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in allocation, with experience in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail forecasting and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
