About the Role:
Join Kaisa's dynamic Business Operations team and be a driving force in our continued growth! As our Project Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding of our enterprise customers guiding their technical and business teams through implementation and integration from kickoff to go-live.
This isn’t self-service or end-user onboarding. You’ll be the project lead for large organisations’ technical stakeholders, working closely to understand their requirements, translate them into a clear delivery plan, and keep complex projects moving forward. You’ll coordinate across teams, manage dependencies and expectations while keeping delivery on track across 8-12 week engagements.
You'll also run internal projects that improve how we scale onboarding across our customer base.
This is a good fit if you like being the person who makes complex, multi-stakeholder, technical projects feel simple — and you're comfortable being in the room when integration conversations get technical.
What you’ll do
- Own onboarding delivery: Turn customer requirements into a clear project plan — scope, milestones, timelines — and drive it to go-live.
- Manage risk actively: Spot blockers and dependencies early; escalate and resolve before they cost momentum or customer confidence.
- Be the single point of coordination: Customers and internal teams should always know who to ask and what's next.
- Build the playbook: Turn what you learn from each onboarding into reusable templates and process improvements.
- Support security & compliance documentation: On an as-needed basis (e.g help coordinate initiatives, tracking action items) [~X 1 day/month]
What you’ll need
- Project management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise or automotive-sector clients, guiding technical implementation projects (integrations, API-based configuration, or solution deployment)
- Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and data flows with technical teams — you don't need to build them, but you need to follow the conversation and translate it into a plan.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record managing multiple concurrent projects under ambiguity
- Experience using generative AI / automation tools to improve how onboarding runs day-to-day - e.g. speeding up documentation and reporting, streamlining status updates, or building lightweight workflows that reduce manual coordination work will be considered a strong advantage.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive health care allowance.
- Generous retirement contribution.
- Flexible, remote-friendly working
- Regular team, office and company-wide events
