Quote
From day one, you will apply your legal knowledge in practice while working closely with skilled and collaborative colleagues.
Here’s what the job entails
You will mainly be supporting our Lead Legal Counsel with all sorts of people and employment law related topics, including both local and global aspects. This means you will pick up some real hands-on experience through responsibilities such as:
- creating and updating guidelines within employment law, including people handbooks for our offices
- preparing addendums to employment contracts
- preparing monthly resignation confirmations
- reviewing confidentiality agreements and corporation agreements
- following up on termination of clauses
- implementing new legislation in our templates
Meet your team
You will join our People & Culture team of 17 specialists covering various people-related matters, from employment law and global mobility to people partnering and development.
We are all about nailing our tasks with quality and helping each other out to make sure we succeed together. We are proud of getting the details right and having our colleagues’ backs. We discuss openly, share our wins and learn from both successes and mistakes.
But enough about us… over to you!
Since you will be working with a bunch of processes and deadlines, we are looking for someone who can keep things organised – and if the structure is not there yet, we are hoping you can bring in some order. Also, as you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation, it is important that you like communicating with different stakeholders.
We also imagine that you:
- are currently enrolled in Law studies (cand.jur or cand.merc(jur))
- have an interest in Danish employment law (perhaps you also have some knowledge here)
- can work approximately 15-20 hours per week
- are proficient in English – both written and spoken
Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
