CSR&Sustainability Assistant

Your Tasks

Support the Sustainability team in ESG reporting and sustainability-related initiatives.

Assist in monitoring customer sustainability requirements and market trends.

Help prepare responses to customer sustainability questionnaires and assessments.

Support the collection and consolidation of data for carbon footprint reporting (CCF & PCF).

Participate in the development and improvement of tools and systems supporting sustainability processes.

Help maintain and update sustainability-related IT tools and databases.

Prepare presentations, training materials, and communication content.

Support e-learning activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Sustainability department.

Assist in maintaining and updating the Sustainability SharePoint site.

Collaborate with colleagues from various departments on sustainability projects and activities.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of sustainability, ESG, environmental protection, or reporting topics.

Experience gained through internships, student projects, volunteering, or extracurricular activities.

Interest in data analysis, reporting, and digital tools.

Your Profile

Motivated candidates who are eager to learn

University degree (or final-year student) in a relevant field.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Very good written and spoken English skills.

Interest in sustainability, ESG, environmental protection, or related topics.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and develop in the field of Sustainability and ESG.

Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally would be an advantage.

Knowledge of German will be considered an additional asset.
